Responsibilities

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Training Facilitator to design and deliver engaging training programs for clients and internal teams. You will create curriculum, lead workshops, and ensure technology adoption success through effective knowledge transfer and hands-on learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver technology training programs for diverse audiences
  • Create training materials including presentations, manuals, quick-reference guides, and video tutorials
  • Facilitate instructor-led training sessions (virtual and in-person)
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with stakeholders
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
